Although I haven’t updated my reflective journal for a week I ensure you I have been very busy! I have mainly been focusing on the practicalities of my music video. Luckily for me I have been getting a lot of support for Broadway cinema. Who are helping me with crew and organising props, equipment and venue’s.
We are waiting for the go ahead by the council, in order to use the castle grounds for the filming. The concept of the film has changed yet again! This time it will be involving a scrabble game.

I have taken some shots of Nottingham Castle and am currently working out the full structure of the video. The video will also contain some elements of stop motion, for the scrabble words. I searched on youtube and found some good examples of where this has already been done.
This particular video is great for allowing me to visualise final parts of my video. What was also interesting about this video compared to most of the other stop-motion scrabble video’s was that the person who created clearly understood a bit more about animation as the letters come across as little living individual characters almost.
As the weather is unpredictable I am preparing for different finished looks. But this week I need to do a lot of organising, preparing and focusing!
